Policyholders, insured, beneficiaries or injured third parties (collectively, Insured): The treatment of their personal data (DATA) is intended to facilitate and guarantee the establishment, development and fulfillment of reinsurance contracts signed by insurers or of reinsurance purchases with other reinsurers or the performance of related operations.
Clients and suppliers: The personal data of customers and suppliers or their representatives that are provided with the signature of the contract or provided later will be treated in order to establish, develop and comply with it.
How long will we keep your data?
The DATA will be kept throughout the contractual relationship, as well as, once this relationship is completed, until the expiration of the legal terms that require its preservation.
What is the LEGITIMATION for the treatment of your data?
Insured: The treatment of their DATA is legitimized in the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the insurance and reinsurance entities.

The interested party has the right to NACIONAL RE confirms whether or not they are treating their DATA and, if appropriate, to request access to them; their rectification when they are inaccurate; or, if applicable, its suppression when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes that were provided.
